International Yoga Day Celebration at LMCP

“Yoga is the journey of the Self, to the Self, Through the Self.” 

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice attributed mostly in India. It is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It is a religion that keeps Indians united even in foreign countries.

So at present, L. M. College of Pharmacy is going to celebrate “International Yoga Day” on 21st  June, 2018 with a slogan in mind , “Hum fit to India fit”.

LMCP also plans to support “Beat Plastic Pollution” campaign along with  Yoga Day Celebration.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

7:45 am to 8:00 am – Registration

8:00 am to 9:00 am – Yoga Practice Session by Yoga Trainer

9:00 am to 9:15 am – Refreshment

9:15 am to 10:15 am – Competitions related  to Yoga

Various competitions scheduled for the day are as follows:

1. Essay Writing

2. Slogan Writing

3. Elocution

4. Painting

– Topics for Essay and Elocution :

1. Yoga For Global Peace

2. Current Need of Yoga in Our Daily Life

3. Yoga and Education

Note: There is no language barrier.

Last date for Registration: 20th June, 2018
