It was the September of 2013 when young teenagers stepped into this 70-year-old building with sparkling eyes and curious hearts.
On a summery evening of May 2017, the same students stepped out of this building, merrily, one last time, with cheerful smiles and a feeling of appeasement and fearlessness to deal with whatever comes forth.
Amidst those cheerful smiles, they didn’t realize what they’re going to miss!
Four years of –
Running late for 11 o’clock lectures to having peaceful naps during the lectures,
End moment journal completion (kuch bhi kar lo, atleast index to lab mein hi likhna hota hai)
Counting attendance at the back of a lecture book because you can’t afford to have more than 50% attendance,
Begging professors for important questions a day before exams,
From filling 10+ supplementary of crap during GTU exams to getting unsatisfactory grades for the same,
Wearing untidy lab coats and entering labs in haste at the last moment,
From relying on few sincere students for requirements to stealing each other’s apparatus,
Preparing products in excess quantities and manipulating calculations,
From breaking glassware to playing with ice and lighters,
From preparing attractive lipsticks to dealing with the disagreeable smell of chicken ileum,
From helping friends in completing pharmacognosy diagrams to distracting them during their case study presentations,
From sharing lunch to cracking dirty jokes in those meager twenty-minutes breaks,
From getting dressed in weirdest possible ways to staying up late in the evening during “Days”,
From phone galleries filled with journal images to endless memories captured in the form of photos,
Yes, all the fun behind the golden gate of this college would be missed by them – the 21 years old grown ups,
Also holding their heads high, they would always be proud to say the name-
Yes, we are graduates from L. M. COLLEGE OF PHARMACY.

A garden with flowers,
appeals me to become nature’s lover.
Smiling faces of flowers with cool breeze blowing,
avoid me from going.
Eyes with water,
I murmur and chatter.
Flowers look so unselfish & sharing,
which makes me feel repenting.
They refresh me and my decision,
with a new mission.
Instead of being a destroyer,
their innocent faces made me admire.

1. In deep pain and fear

yielding for pardon
I am alone with my shadow here
but to whom here is no one
only me and my shadow last one

2. With whole of my hope shattered
having loss of repentance
No one to pardon all is scattered
I cry because no one left
only me and my shadow – my essence.

3. I feed mankind
don’t choose my fate as destiny
otherwise, no one you will find
so don’t fight and muting
otherwise only you and your shadow will be your destiny.
